Overview

Esports Hub is committed to maintaining the highest standards of competitive integrity across all tournaments, scrims, and community events hosted on the platform. Our Fair Play Systems are a combination of automated tools, community reporting, and manual review processes designed to keep every competition fair and transparent.

Whether you are a professional esports team, an emerging underdog squad, or an individual player building your career — fair competition is your right, and we enforce it.

Core Pillars of Fair Play

Anti-Cheat Enforcement

Accounts suspected of cheating, exploiting glitches, or using unauthorized software are suspended pending investigation.

KYC Identity Verification

All professional participants must hold an approved KYC verification, ensuring every competitor is a real, identifiable person.

Verified Rankings

Player scores and ranking badges are verified against in-game statistics, preventing inflated or manipulated rankings.

Community Reporting

Players and organizations can report violations directly through the platform. All reports are reviewed by the admin team within 48 hours.

Transparent Dispute Resolution

All disputes are handled through a structured review process with documented outcomes available to affected parties.

Ban Registry

Confirmed violators are added to the public Ban Registry, cross-referenced with other community platforms to prevent re-entry under different identities.

Violations & Consequences

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in enforcement action:

  • Cheating / Hacking — use of any unauthorized software, macros, or hardware modifications to gain an advantage.
  • Match Fixing — deliberately losing or manipulating match outcomes for personal gain or at the request of a third party.
  • Account Boosting / Smurfing — using higher-ranked accounts to inflate team rankings or disguise skill level.
  • Impersonation — creating fake accounts or using stolen identities to compete under another person's name.
  • Collusion — coordinating with opponents to predetermine outcomes in community tournaments.
  • Toxic Conduct — harassment, hate speech, or sustained threatening behavior toward other community members.
  • Prize Pool Fraud — falsely claiming or redirecting tournament prize pools.
Enforcement Notice: Verified violations may result in a temporary suspension, permanent ban, removal from all rankings, and data sharing with partner platforms and law enforcement where applicable.
How to Report a Violation

If you witness or suspect a fair play violation, please take the following steps:

  • Gather evidence — screenshots, video clips, in-game IDs, and match IDs.
  • Contact the admin team via the official support email or the Contact page.
  • Include a clear description of the incident, date/time, and all parties involved.
  • Do not publicly accuse players before a review is completed — premature accusations damage community trust.
Anonymous Reporting: You may report violations without revealing your identity. All reports are handled confidentially unless you choose to be identified as a witness during a formal review.
Our Commitment

Esports Hub believes that a fair competitive environment is the foundation of a healthy esports community. We are continuously improving our Fair Play Systems and welcome feedback from players, teams, and organizations.

Every player deserves to compete on a level playing field. That's not just a policy — it's our promise.
