1. Platform Overview & Purpose
Esports Hub is an independent esports platform that facilitates professional connections between
players, teams, managers, streamers, GFX designers, and organizations. This Contact Rules
agreement governs all hiring, collaboration, and communication initiated through the platform.
By proceeding, both parties confirm they have read and agree to these terms in full.
2. KYC Verification Requirement
Both accounts must hold an approved KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
before initiating any professional contact or entering into any agreement through Esports Hub.
- KYC ensures all parties are real, verified individuals with confirmed identities.
- Engaging with an unverified account is at your own risk — Esports Hub offers no dispute resolution for interactions between unverified parties.
- If your KYC is pending or rejected, resolve it before contacting other users professionally.
- KYC status is displayed on every profile. Always check before proceeding.
3. Professional Hiring Rules
When contacting another user for professional purposes (hiring, recruitment, collaboration), the following apply:
- Written Agreement: All agreed terms (role, compensation, duration, deliverables) must be confirmed in writing within the chat before work begins.
- Scope Clarity: Be specific about deliverables, deadlines, game titles, and payment amounts before engagement starts.
- No Verbal-Only Deals: Verbal agreements are not recognized for dispute resolution. Use the platform chat to confirm all terms in writing.
- Professional Conduct: All communications must remain professional. Harassment, threats, or discriminatory language will result in immediate account suspension.
- Payment Terms: Agree on milestone payments or completion payments before work starts. Never release full payment before receiving agreed deliverables.
- Trial Work: Requesting unpaid "trial" work is discouraged. Any trial work must be clearly agreed to by both parties and capped at a reasonable scope.
4. Transaction Safety
Esports Hub is a connection platform, not a payment processor. We do not handle, hold, or guarantee any financial transactions between users.
- Always agree on a payment method that offers buyer protection (e.g. escrow services for large contracts).
- Document every agreed payment amount in the platform chat as a verifiable record.
- Never send advance payments to unverified users.
- For high-value contracts, consider using a formal escrow or third-party payment service.
- Esports Hub is not liable for disputes arising from transactions conducted outside the platform or without documented agreements.
- Screenshot or export your chat history before completing a deal — this serves as your record.
5. Fraud Protection & Data Sharing Policy
Important: If a user is found to have engaged in fraud, scamming, impersonation, or contract violations through Esports Hub, their verified identity data may be shared with affected parties, law enforcement, or other esports platforms as permitted by law.
- Esports Hub reserves the right to share verified identity data of confirmed fraudsters with other verified community members, partner platforms, and relevant authorities to protect the community.
- Any attempt to create fake KYC documents, impersonate another person, or manipulate verification data constitutes fraud and will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
- Victims of fraud should immediately report the incident using the Contact form. Provide all chat records and evidence.
- Esports Hub's anti-fraud system monitors all user interactions for suspicious patterns. Flagged accounts are placed under review.
6. Platform Liability & Limitations
- No Guarantee of Outcomes: Esports Hub facilitates connections but does not guarantee successful outcomes, deal completion, or the quality of services delivered.
- Independent Contractors: All users on the platform are independent individuals or entities. Esports Hub is not an employer, agent, or representative of any user.
- Disputes: For disputes arising between users, Esports Hub will review available chat records and KYC data to assist mediation, but cannot enforce agreements or guarantee recovery of funds.
- Service Interruptions: Esports Hub is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions during a deal.
- Third-Party Platforms: Deals negotiated on Esports Hub but executed on external platforms (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) are outside Esports Hub's jurisdiction.
7. Hiring Conduct & Anti-Exploitation
- Employers must not mislead candidates about compensation, role scope, or tournament prize structures.
- Players and freelancers have the right to decline any offer without penalty.
- Poaching players from active contracts without mutual agreement and proper notice is prohibited.
- Organizations may not use the platform to recruit underage players (under 16) without verified parental consent.
- All tournament prize pool claims must be backed by official tournament records.
8. Confidentiality
Any proprietary information, strategies, rosters, financial terms, or business plans shared
during private conversations must be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties
without the explicit written consent of all parties involved.
9. Termination of Contact
Either party may end a professional relationship at any time, subject to honoring any
documented obligations already agreed upon. Abrupt termination without notice or compensation
for completed work constitutes a breach of agreement and may result in platform action.
10. Agreement & Acceptance

- Both your account and the profile you are contacting hold valid KYC verification.
- You will conduct all professional communications with honesty, respect, and full compliance with these rules.
